- Benton Park Cafe have new owners and have significantly upgraded their GF options!
- Brick River Cider menu is no longer 100% GF however, most still is. They change their menu often so always check.
- Britt’s Bakehouse is a 100% gluten free bakery in Kirkwood. A non-gf eater would literally never know she is that good. Go early because she sells out!
- City Foundry STL is a food hall in Midtown with several gluten free options. Some of my favorites are Kalbi’s Taco Shack and Hello Poke. Their GF option on the website is sometimes incorrect so check with the vendors before ordering.
- Corner Pub and Grill This is one of my favorite places to get your classic bar foods. They have a dedicated gluten free menu to honor the owner’s daughter Hannah who has celiac disease.
- Crushed Red They call themselves artisan fast and I would have to agree. They have amazing pizza’s and salads. However, they are more expensive than other quick serve restaurants.
- Drunken Fish This is my go-to sushi place in St. Louis. There are several locations and even have gluten free soy sauce available. Also, they have an amazing cocktail menu.

- Lona’s Lil Eats An adorable Asian fusion restaurant that all humans need to experience.
- Louie’s Wine Dive is located in Clayton and has a great menu marked with all the GF food and food that can be modified to be GF. AND they have a dedicated fryer.
- Lulu’s Local Eatery is a sustainable vegetarian/vegan restaurant in the South Grand neighborhood of St. Louis. Their menu is labeled with Gluten Free, Soy Free, and Nut Free. The menu is seasonal so be sure to check out their site before stopping in!
- Mission Taco There are several locations of this great Mexican Street Food restaurant and rightfully so. Awesome food and even better margaritas.
- Motor Town Pizza this is a new pizza concept by the folks over at Revel Kitchen. You can get a take and bake or order them fresh. They do not disappoint!!!!
- Peacemaker Lobster Crab Co. This is a date-night staple. It’s not cheap but is so worth it. Sam and I live down the block from here and dream about it daily. I mean how can you go wrong with a fat lobster and some delicious cocktails.
- Piece’s STL is a board game bar in the Soulard neighborhood and they have SO many gluten free options. They will sub their pita breads for chips (s/o to the spinach artichoke dip) and have options all across their menu to make things Gluten Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian.
- Peel Wood-Fired Pizza (Clayton/Illinois side) Menu is clearly marked for gf items. They have really good pizza and wings!

- Poke Doke is my go-to uber eats/door dash option.
- Retreat Gastropub doesn’t publicize their gluten free menu but has a dedicated fryer and gluten free buns.
- Revel Kitchen Awesome little place but not as cheap as you would expect. Great food and amazing cold press juices.
- Rigazzi’s on the Hill had such a huge gluten free menu I had the hardest time picking out what to eat. They have pizza, pasta, and garlic bread and super safe kitchen practices.
- Rooster Gluten free crepes… need I say more? Great brunch spot that also has vegan options.
- Rush Bowls is a smoothie/acai bowl shop that can accommodate just about any intolerance or allergy.
- The Shaved Duck delicious BBQ with extremely knowledgeable staff.
- Sasha’s/Scarlett’s There are 2 Sasha locations and one Scarlett’s all owned by the same people. I have had great experiences at all (Check out Sasha’s On Shaw Sunday Brunch) there are not a ton of options at each but the staff has been knowledgeable and helpful.
- Sidney Street Cafe is by the same folks at Peacemaker. This is fine dining and they know their stuff.
- Stacked STL has one of the best gluten free buns I have ever had. Their fryer isn’t celiac safe but the applesauce more than makes up for it.
- Square One Brewery this one came as a shock to me. Brewery in the name usually means we are getting a cheese tray, but SQ1 has an awesome gluten free menu and GF bun!!
- Sushi Ai was amazing and had gluten free soy sauce. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and which rolls contain gluten.
- SweetArt STL is an adorable cafe with yummy coffee and delicious desserts.
- Taco Buddha the entire menu is gluten free except the flour tortillas!! Gluten free FRIED FISH TACOS!!!!
- The Golden Hoosier the owners have celiac disease in their family so they know what’s up. Their friend chicken sandwich is to DIE for. They also own Bud’s Pizza just down the street.
