Step 1: Gather your ingredients.
– Butter (~2 tbsp)
– 1 large clove garlic – freshly minced
– Salt, pepper, onion powder, and oregano to taste
– Shredded Mozzarella cheese
– Glutino bagel chips
Step 2: Prep your butter mixture
Add butter and fresh garlic to microwave safe container. Microwave butter until completed melted. Add in salt, pepper, and onion powder to melted butter mixture.
Step 3: Butter me up
Lay out your bagel chips on a baking sheet. (mine is covered with parchment paper because I live with a gluten-eater). Use basting brush or spoon to coat both sides of the bagel chips with butter mixture.
Step 4: Cheese time
Sprinkle oregano on each bagel chip then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 5: Cook
Place under broiler until cheese has melted and bagel chips edges start to brown.
Step 6: EAT THEM ALLLLL.
