It was super easy to make, which I will never complain about. Easy to make meals are my favorite. Took about 10 minutes and as you can read below there is not much to it. All you need is a pan and a stove. I am not a fan of making these kind of meals with the microwave instructions so I do not know how it would turn out if you chose to cook the meal that way.
I was absolutely starving by the time we started making this meal so I only got a picture of the frozen pasta in the pan and not the finished product. I have this problem a lot. There are multiple posts in my drafts as you are reading this where I got over eager with my food and ate it all before I could get a picture to post for you all. I am working on it, I promise. My only complaint about this meal is that the serving size was pretty small for two people. But if you made a side dish like some gluten free garlic bread it would really help with the portion sizes.
Has anyone tried any of the other Udi’s frozen pasta dishes? Which was your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
I have been reluctant to try these-but I am glad you had a good experience. Now, my question is, where do you get gluten free garlic bread?!
My go-to is to take hotdog buns and spread some butter mixed with freshly pressed garlic and some salt on them then top off with Parmesan cheese (or really any cheese) and stick in the oven on broil until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted! Enjoy!
You’re a genius haha!
Yum! Try the Udi’s sweet potato ravioli if you haven’t! Small portions but so great! It’s my new go-to comfort food
